Pricing and Payment
All prices include VAT at the applicable rates but exclude delivery charges. Payment can be made using PayPal or by Credit and Debt Cards over the phone. We are also able to accept cheques and bank transfers.

No items will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared. For this reason payments by PayPal and Credit and Debit Cards are preferred.

Photographs are taken as accurately as possible, however colours in the photos may differ slightly from the finished product.

Please be aware that the finish of items with a hand made quality may vary.

All our deliveries are sent out using a signed for service. We do not deliver to PO box numbers for security purposes.

We aim to deliver all orders in the specified times once we have received full payment.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

On occasions orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size. On these occasions we will contact you directly.

Damage goods should be reported to us on receipt. Non-receipt of goods should be reported within 10 days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases please contact us so that we can rectify the situation.

We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. When retuning an item/s please ensure it is sent back in the original unused condition suitable for resale.

All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise you to use a recorded delivery, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
